Summary

This study is testing whether a new topical cream called MW-III helps burns heal faster than the standard treatment, Silvadene. Researchers will enroll 60 adults with partial-thickness thermal burns to compare how quickly their burns close up and how much scarring occurs. The goal is to see if MW-III can improve recovery time and outcomes for burn patients.
