Summary
This study compares a new powder dressing (Altrazeal) to standard dressings for treating partial-thickness burns in adults. The goal is to see if it reduces pain during dressing changes and helps wounds heal faster. Participants are adults aged 18-65 with burns covering less than 20% of their body, treated within 72 hours of injury.
