New study tests stress relief for cancer caregivers

Summary
This study looked at whether a virtual mind-body program called SMART-3RP can help caregivers of cancer survivors feel more resilient and less distressed. About 94 people (cancer survivors and their caregivers) took part. The program was compared to an online support group to see which one works better.
