First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study is for people with HER2-positive esophageal or stomach cancer who have finished chemoradiation and surgery but still had some cancer cells left. It tests whether a year-long combination of two drugs, trastuzumab deruxtecan (Enhertu) and nivolumab, can safely prevent the cancer from returning. The main goal is to check for serious side effects, and the study also tracks how long participants stay cancer-free.
