Scientists search for clues in lungs to predict severe Flare-Ups
NCT ID NCT07495982
Summary
This study aims to better understand why some people with a chronic lung condition called bronchiectasis have frequent, severe symptom flare-ups. Researchers will observe 100 adult patients to see if there is a link between signs of inflammation in their blood, what their lung CT scans show, and their pattern of flare-ups. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help identify high-risk patients in the future.
