Summary
This study tested two or three drugs together in adults with advanced solid tumors (cancers that have spread). The main goals were to find a safe dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors. Participants took brigimadlin pills and received ezabenlimab infusions every 3 weeks for up to 2 years, as long as they benefited.
