Summary
This small study tested whether 8 sessions of exposure therapy combined with moderate exercise can reduce PTSD symptoms in adults. Twelve participants completed weekly questionnaires and attended therapy twice a week for 4 weeks. The goal was to see if this brief treatment is acceptable and effective for lowering symptom severity.
