Summary

This small study tested whether 8 sessions of brief exposure therapy combined with moderate exercise can reduce PTSD symptoms in adults. Twelve participants attended twice-weekly sessions for 4 weeks and completed questionnaires. The goal was to see if this treatment is acceptable, doable, and effective at lowering symptom severity.
