First seen Apr 26, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether a brief group therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for insomnia (ACT-i) can improve sleep in adults with chronic insomnia who also have mild depression or anxiety. About 76 adults aged 18-59 will be randomly assigned to either the ACT-i group or a control group. Researchers will measure sleep quality, thinking skills, mood, and sleep-related beliefs before treatment, two weeks after, and three months later.
