New combo therapy aims to boost myeloma remission
NCT ID NCT07185477
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tests whether giving a bispecific antibody drug before CAR-T cell therapy can improve outcomes for people with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma, a blood cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. About 20 adults will receive the antibody first, then CAR-T cells. The goal is to see how many achieve a significant reduction in cancer and to monitor side effects.
