Summary

This study tests giving radiation therapy to all active cancer spots before CAR T-cell infusion in people with large B-cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded to treatment. The goal is to control the disease and symptoms during the wait for CAR T-cells, potentially improving results with few side effects. About 9 adults will take part.
