First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests whether adding the drug dasatinib (taken as pills for three days each week) to a standard CAR T-cell therapy (brexucabtagene autoleucel) is feasible and safe for adults with a hard-to-treat type of leukemia. Eight participants will receive the combination. The goal is to see if people can stick to the dasatinib schedule and to check for side effects.
