This study looked at how Brexit and the COVID-19 pandemic influenced nurses and consultants in NHS Grampian to stay or leave their jobs. Researchers interviewed 30 staff members who worked there before January 2020. The goal was to understand these external pressures and help managers find ways to keep valuable staff.
