Brexit and pandemic double whammy: NHS staff retention crisis examined

This study looked at how Brexit and the COVID-19 pandemic impacted the decision of nurses and consultants to stay or leave their jobs at NHS Grampian in Scotland. Researchers interviewed 30 staff members who were employed before January 2020 to understand their experiences. The goal is to help hospital management and policymakers find ways to keep valuable healthcare workers from leaving.
