Summary
This early-stage study tests whether a drug called brexanolone is safe and practical for people who have both posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and alcohol use disorder. Researchers will give the drug to 25 adults aged 21-55 and watch for side effects. The goal is to gather initial data, not to prove the drug works.
