Can a 5-Minute breathing drill boost fighter performance?
NCT ID NCT07481916
Summary
This study is testing whether a specific warm-up for breathing muscles helps kickboxing and Muay Thai athletes perform better and feel less out of breath. Twenty young, high-level athletes will try different warm-ups, including a breathing exercise using a special device. Researchers will measure their fitness test scores, breathing strength, heart rate, and how hard the exercise feels.
