Summary
This study is testing whether a specific breathing muscle warm-up helps kickboxing and Muay Thai athletes perform better and feel less out of breath. Researchers will compare a real breathing exercise to a fake one in 20 young, high-level athletes. They will measure punching/kicking speed, breathing strength, heart rate, and how hard the workout feels.
