Summary

This study looks at whether a special breathing warm-up can make athletes' breathing muscles stronger during exercise. About 28 trained athletes aged 14-30 will try three different warm-up routines: a breathing warm-up, a fake (placebo) breathing warm-up, and no warm-up at all. The goal is to see how long any strength boost lasts during both aerobic and anaerobic exercise.
