Can guided breathing ease the burden of kidney disease?
NCT ID NCT07369973
Summary
This study is testing whether a guided breathing exercise program can help adults with chronic kidney disease feel better. Participants will do breathing exercises three times a day for six weeks while using a device that provides feedback. Researchers want to see if this reduces breathing problems, improves quality of life, and is easy for patients to do.
