Summary
This study is testing whether a guided breathing exercise program can help adults with chronic kidney disease feel better. Researchers want to see if this training reduces breathing problems, improves daily function, and enhances quality of life. Participants will follow a structured breathing program three times daily for six weeks while researchers monitor their symptoms and overall well-being.
