Summary
This study is testing whether a special breathing training device can help improve lung function and reduce fatigue in female athletes. Researchers are comparing 10 weeks of regular sports training plus the breathing device against 10 weeks of sports training alone. The goal is to see if the device helps with breathing strength, exercise capacity, and overall athletic performance.
