Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether a special breathing training device can improve lung function and reduce fatigue in female athletes. Researchers are comparing 10 weeks of regular sports training plus the breathing device against training without it. The goal is to see if the device helps with breathing strength, exercise capacity, and overall quality of life.
