Summary
This study looked at whether special breathing muscle training could reduce asthma symptoms triggered by exercise and improve cycling performance. Fifteen athletes with mild to moderate asthma or exercise-induced bronchoconstriction completed the training. Researchers measured lung function, breathing effort, and cycling time-trial results before and after the training.
