NCT ID NCT07170891

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looked at whether adding special breathing muscle training to running programs based on a child's natural sleep-wake rhythm could improve exercise ability, agility, and breathing in 75 boys aged 10-13 who had been playing football for at least two years. The children were split into groups based on their chronotype (morning or evening preference) and did six weeks of training. The goal was to see if this combined approach could boost their performance and lung function.
