NCT ID NCT07553546
First seen May 19, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether a 10-week program of breathing and muscle relaxation exercises can improve sleep quality and psychological well-being in university athletes. About 60 male American football players will take part. One group will learn the relaxation techniques, while the other group just gets an informational brochure. The goal is to see if these simple exercises can make a real difference in how well athletes sleep and feel.
