NCT ID NCT07484490
First seen Apr 17, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding balloon-blowing exercises to standard breathing techniques helps children with tuberculosis clear mucus from their lungs, feel less breathless, and walk farther. About 34 children aged 8 to 14 will be randomly assigned to either breathing exercises alone or breathing exercises plus balloon blowing for 3 days. The goal is to see if the balloon method improves symptom management.
