Summary

This study aims to see if practicing guided breathing exercises can help high school students manage the stress of preparing for university entrance exams. Researchers will work with 60 volunteer students to teach them specific breathing techniques over several sessions. The main goal is to find out if this practice can lower anxiety, improve concentration, and lead to better academic results.
