First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study explores whether guided breathing exercises can help autistic young adults (ages 16-25) feel less stressed and improve their body's natural stress response, measured by heart rate. Researchers will also ask participants if they found the exercises easy and helpful. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to support emotional well-being.
