Can simple breathing exercises ease a serious lung condition?
NCT ID NCT07232368
Summary
This study tested whether a slow-paced breathing exercise, practiced at home using a guided video, could help people with pulmonary arterial hypertension manage their symptoms. Researchers enrolled 42 adults with this lung condition to see if the breathing technique improved shortness of breath, fatigue, sleep quality, and overall quality of life. The goal was to provide a simple, non-drug method to help patients feel better day-to-day.
