Summary
This study tests whether adding specific breathing exercises (diaphragmatic or Pilates breathing) to core strengthening workouts improves lung function, blood sugar control, and quality of life in adults with type 2 diabetes. About 56 participants aged 30–55 will be randomly assigned to one of two exercise groups for six weeks. The goal is to see which breathing technique offers greater benefits for managing diabetes-related complications.
