Summary

This study looks at whether adding breathing exercises to balance training can improve thinking skills in people aged 65 and older. Forty participants will do balance exercises plus one of two breathing routines for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in memory, attention, and lung function to see if different breathing techniques have different effects.
