Summary
This study looks at new guidelines for diagnosing and managing breath-holding spells in children under 5 in southern Sweden. Researchers want to see if the guidelines safely reduce the need for extra tests like ECGs and blood work. They will also check if iron supplements help lessen the spells and what kind of support parents need. About 120 children will take part.
