Summary
This study looks at new guidelines for diagnosing and managing breath-holding spells in children under 5 in southern Sweden. Researchers want to see if the guidelines safely reduce the need for extra tests like ECGs and blood work, and if iron supplements help lessen the spells. Parents of 120 children will fill out surveys, and some will be interviewed about their support needs.
