Summary
This study looked at whether giving teen mothers a special breastfeeding class with a practice model helps them feel more confident, bond with their baby, and improve baby growth. 90 first-time moms under 18 who gave birth vaginally took part. The goal was to see if this extra education makes a difference in how well moms breastfeed and how their babies thrive.
