Summary
This study tested whether a special breastfeeding class, using a practice model, helps teenage mothers feel more confident about breastfeeding and bond better with their babies. 90 first-time moms under 18 took part. The goal was to see if the class improved their breastfeeding skills, attachment, and the baby's growth.
