Summary
This study tested whether a smartphone app that provides breastfeeding counselling and motivational messages can help first-time mothers breastfeed longer and feel more confident. Sixty women who had just given birth took part. The app group was compared to those receiving standard care. The goal was to see if mobile health support improves breastfeeding success.
