Summary

This study tested two types of nerve blocks (ESP and PVB) given before breast cancer surgery to see which one controls pain better right after the operation. About 292 women took part. The main goal was to see how many needed morphine in the first two hours after surgery. The results help doctors choose the best pain relief method.
