New scaffold aims to improve breast reconstruction outcomes

Summary

This study will test a new acellular matrix (a supportive scaffold) used with breast implants for immediate breast reconstruction in 100 women born female. The goal is to see if the matrix is safe and helps the body integrate the implant, reducing complications. Participants will be followed for up to 12 months with MRI scans and surveys to assess outcomes.
