First seen Mar 10, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests whether adding a targeted drug (CDK4/6 inhibitor) to standard radiation therapy is safe and tolerable for women with a common type of high-risk breast cancer (HR+/HER2-). About 30 participants will receive the combination after surgery. Researchers will monitor side effects and use questionnaires to track how patients feel physically and emotionally.
