New combo treatment aims to shrink tough breast tumors before surgery

Summary
This study is testing whether adding radiation to chemotherapy before surgery can better shrink tumors in people with locally advanced breast cancer. It will enroll 50 participants whose tumors haven't shrunk enough with standard chemotherapy alone. The goal is to see if this combined approach improves surgical outcomes and long-term survival.
