Summary
This study is testing whether giving two cancer drugs (trastuzumab and a taxane chemotherapy) before surgery can shrink tumors in people with a specific type of early breast cancer (HER2-positive). The main goal is to see if this approach allows more patients to have breast-conserving surgery instead of a full mastectomy. Researchers will also monitor how well the treatment works and check for any side effects.
