Summary
This study is testing a personalized approach for people with a specific type of early-stage breast cancer. It uses a blood test to check for tiny signs of cancer. Based on the test result, participants either continue standard hormone therapy or add a stronger drug to it. The goal is to see if this guided approach can keep cancer under control while reducing unnecessary treatment for some.
