Heartbeat training tested to soothe cancer Survivors' anxiety
NCT ID NCT06954532
Summary
This study is testing a new therapy called ADIE Therapy, which aims to help breast cancer survivors manage anxiety. The therapy uses simple exercises, like focusing on heartbeat sensations, to help people better understand their body's signals. Researchers want to see if this approach is practical and acceptable for survivors who have finished their main cancer treatment but still struggle with anxiety.
