New study finds better way to ease pain after breast cancer surgery

Summary

This study tested two different nerve block methods to control pain after breast cancer surgery. Sixty women received either one block or a combination of two blocks, and their morphine use and pain scores were tracked for 24 hours. The goal was to see which approach reduces pain and the need for strong painkillers.
