Summary
This study tested two different nerve block techniques to control pain after breast cancer surgery. Sixty women received either an erector spinae plane block or a combination of serratus anterior and pecto-intercostal fascial plane blocks. Researchers measured how much morphine the women needed in the first 24 hours after surgery and checked their pain scores regularly.
