Summary
This study looks at whether breast cancer patients lose muscle and feel more tired after radiotherapy, even in areas not directly treated. Researchers will track 20 women using CT scans and fatigue questionnaires before, during, and up to three months after treatment. The goal is to understand if muscle loss outside the radiation field is linked to fatigue, helping improve future care.
