Could taking pills every other day help breast cancer patients stay on treatment?
NCT ID NCT05754528
Summary
This study is testing if a new, gentler schedule for starting hormone therapy pills can help breast cancer patients stick with their treatment. It will compare the standard daily dose to a schedule where patients take the pill every other day for the first month before switching to daily. The goal is to see if this approach reduces side effects and helps more patients continue their essential long-term medication.
