Can simple stretches unlock pain and stiffness after breast cancer therapy?

Summary

This study tested whether adding special stretching exercises, called myofascial release, to a home program could help women who had breast cancer surgery and radiotherapy. It aimed to see if these exercises could reduce chest muscle tightness, pain, and improve shoulder movement and daily function. The research involved 30 participants to measure changes in muscle stiffness, pain levels, and overall quality of life.
