New drug cocktail tested in fight against advanced breast cancer

Summary
This study is testing a new oral drug called palazestrant (OP-1250) when it is given alongside other approved breast cancer drugs. The goal is to find safe and effective dose combinations for adults with advanced or metastatic ER-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer. The trial will first determine safe doses and then explore how well the combinations work to control the cancer.
