Scientists test Four-Pronged attack on tough breast cancer
NCT ID NCT03801369
Summary
This study tested several drug combinations to see if they could help control advanced triple-negative breast cancer, a difficult-to-treat form of the disease. It involved 24 patients with cancer that had spread, who received different combinations of medications based on their tumor's characteristics. The goal was to see if blocking multiple cancer growth pathways at once could shrink tumors or slow their progression.
